Privacy policy
What we collect when you contact us, why we hold it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Who this is about
This policy covers this website and the messages people send us through it. We are a small caravan dealership in Rolleston, Canterbury. There is no customer login on this site, and nothing here is sold or shared for advertising.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a message form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, your message, and which caravan you were looking at when you wrote it.
Our server also records a scrambled version of your internet address. It cannot be turned back into your real address, and its only job is to stop the same computer flooding the form with junk.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you around the web.
Why we hold it
So we can reply to you, and so we can keep a record of the enquiry while we are dealing with it. That is the whole of it.
Who else can see it
Three companies handle it for us, and none of them use it for anything of their own:
- Web3Forms delivers your message to our email inbox.
- Supabase stores the enquiry so we can see it in our own staff area.
- Vercel hosts this website and serves its pages.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else without asking you first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our records while we are dealing with them, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Cookies
Browsing this site sets no cookies. The staff area sets a sign-in cookie, but only for us, and only after signing in.
We post our own caravan listings to our own Facebook Page. That sends our photos and our wording to Facebook. It sends nothing about you, and we do not collect anything about you from Facebook.
Anything you then do on Facebook itself is covered by Facebook's own privacy policy, not this one.
Your choices
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or ring us and we will sort it out. There is no form to fill in.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
